What help is available if I am facing financial difficulty?

Depending on your circumstances we have a variety of options available. We would need to review your financial circumstances by completing an income and expenditure assessment. Using this, we will be able to work with you to agree the most suitable solution tailored to your individual circumstances.

What happens during any arrangements I make?

Whichever solution is agreed upon we will always explain what the details are and the different stages as well as how often we would review the situation. We would always encourage you through to remain in touch with us, as your situation may change. We will find it easier to help if we maintain regular communication.

What happens at the end of any arrangement we have agreed?

If you are continuing to have payment difficulties and are worried about resuming normal payments, we would encourage you to contact us in good time so we can set up a tailored plan to help you get back on track.

If you can start to make repayments, in full or in part, then it is in your best interest to do so.

Will my credit file be impacted?

As per normal reporting requirements and support provided will be reported to the credit bureaus and therefore will appear on your credit file. This allows for all lenders to have an up-to-date view of the customers financial situation and lower the risk of unaffordable loans being provided.

Help with managing your loan account

If you need help managing your loan you can always log in to your Rishon Finance online account to make a payment, update a password, personal details or update your bank details.
